Subscription Guarantee Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Subscription Guarantee ("Guarantee") offered by microWED collective ("Company") to subscribers ("Subscriber") of the yearly subscription service ("Service"). By subscribing to the Service, Subscriber agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Guarantee Eligibility

1.1. Qualifying Subscriptions: Only yearly subscriptions are eligible for the Guarantee. Monthly or other subscription plans are not eligible.

1.2. Subscription Duration: The Guarantee applies to yearly subscriptions that have been active for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of initial subscription activation.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Cancellation Period: Subscriber may cancel their yearly subscription after six (6) months from the date of initial subscription activation and receive a refund for the remaining subscription period.

2.2. Refund Calculation: The refund amount shall be calculated based on the proportion of the remaining subscription period from the date of cancellation.

3. Requesting a Refund

3.1. Cancellation Procedure: Subscriber must submit a written request for cancellation of their subscription, specifying their intention to invoke the Guarantee and receive a refund.

3.2. Refund Processing Time: Refunds shall be processed within five (5) business days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request.

4. Exclusions

4.1. Partial Refunds: No partial refunds shall be issued for subscriptions canceled prior to the completion of six (6) months from the date of initial subscription activation.

4.2. Renewals: Subscriptions renewed after the initial subscription term are not eligible for the Guarantee.

5. Modification or Termination

5.1. Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Guarantee at any time, with or without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Disclaimer: The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or related to the Subscriber's use of the Service or the Guarantee.

7. Governing Law

7.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

By subscribing to the Service, Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
